Keith has worked real estate since 2007. His initial work was buying, rehabbing and flipping homes for investors which laid the foundation for his current focus of home inspections. Keith’s business focus shifted in 2014 as he brought years of experience into inspecting homes for others. Outside of work Keith travels at every opportunity and enjoys spoiling his granddaughter.

Carol Wilson - Co-owner

Carol has been in real estate since 2007 and is a Licensed Realtor. Her experience brings a Realtor-driven focus to the home inspection industry. In off-hours Carol dreams up new places for she and Keith to travel.

Robin Lyons – Operations Manager/ New Construction Specialist

Robin taught Elementary School for 25 years. While she taught, she found time to follow her love for real estate and DIY projects, having owned and fixed up several homes over the years. When she retired from teaching, she joined Closer Look Inspections where she could help guide others and listen to and share stories of wrestling with DIY projects. The remainder of her time is spent with her family and spoiling her grandson

Lauren Ballard – Client Services Coordinator

I have recently retired from an advertising and event planning career of over 40 years. I am excited to bring my experience and great customer service to the Real Estate Community I enjoy so much. Making memories with family, being creative, and traveling are what I love most.

Josh Royer – Certified Home Inspector

In his previous role as a professional handyman, Josh built a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Now, as a home inspector, he brings that same dedication to ensuring that homes are safe, sound, and meet all necessary standards for prospective buyers. Outside of his professional life, Josh is passionate about continuous improvement. He spends his free time renovating his own home, channeling his creativity into woodworking, and exploring the Florida landscape.

Marc Langlois – Certified Home Inspector

Marc has specialized in home repairs for many years and that experience and knowledge enhance his home inspector skills. In his ‘off-time’ Marc is his daughter’s #1 fan on the soccer field. Family and friends always get Marc’s prime attention hosting gatherings at his home or elsewhere.

Christopher Poindexter – Certified Home Inspector

CJ is uniquely experienced in construction as he began his career with the military building the airbase in Baghdad during Iraqi Freedom. After leaving the military, CJ continued his career as a commercial construction testing expert. Closer Look is very proud to have a US Veteran on our team with such an extensive range of skills and expertise.

Kenrick Ocana-Velez – Certified Master Home Inspector

After searching for years for a Spanish-Speaking Inspector, Closer Look Inspections is so proud to announce we can now better serve our Spanish Speaking population of Realtors and Clients. Kenrick is a native of Puerto Rico and Spanish is his native language. His skill as a Home Inspector is enhanced by his ability to communicate with a very important group of Realtors and Clients in their native language and help them be more confident in their new home purchase.
